"Copper" aka
"The 29th Precinct"

This piece was created for a themed, group show entitled “Elements.” Each participant was assigned an element of the periodic table. They were then asked to interpret that element in any way they chose and create a 12″x 12″ piece based on that inspiration.

The door to the jail opens, with the key to its lock on the copper’s keyring.  The entire piece is made of vaious metals with the exception of the wooden billyclub.

The sulpture was designed to hang on the wall, but can also sit on a table or shelf. It measures 12″ x 13″ x 9″ and weighs approx 16 lbs.
