The word Pertinax has many definitions but two of them are “stubborn and obstinate.” This Robot (one of our earliest) had some trouble coming into being, thus her name.
 

Though it was not the first CyberCraft Robot ever created, it was the first one we ever sold. Years later, the purchaser’s family is still adding to their collection of our work. We are grateful.
